Spring Cleaning- Must be done, If your personal space is cluttered and disorganized, IF you take action, it is also a good idea to have/keep an open mind as there are things you have that can be put to good use or can be sold online.
Fitness- Can you spare 5 minutes a day to exercise? This shouldn't be a question. Although, If you don't have 5 minutes, then I don't know what to tell you( JUST DO IT). When I need a new routine, I would use some sources like YouTube's #1 Fitness coach/trainer Mike Chang workout or KinoYoga
Volunteering- It's a productive thing to do when you're outside playing any active sports. IF you're the "giving a helping hand" kind of person, then I'd recommend this to you. Be sure to check out your local listing in your area for opportunities.

Be Mindful - Be Positive; What is your " Attitude"? with a serious thought, think about this in sort of a in-depth mind state. There are many with a " I don't give a f***" , though..... it deciphers in a negative stance. Rather it be" .... to be continued( temporarily).
